No no no. Any real artist will tell you that that is not how you draw a head. You do not outline the shape and then put the guidelines in. I8< I don't care if he was copying the YJ style, it's still a no. Also, the neck's shoulder/neck muscle was way too angular, his shoulders should have been up higher.
